The standard’s regex is "oai:[a-zA-Z][a-zA-Z0-9\-]*(\.[a-zA-Z][a-zA-Z0-9\-]*)+:[a-zA-Z0-9\-_\.!~\*'\(\);/\?:@&=\+$,%]+"
